FH 2763-40 (Inboard clamping beam nylon cutting belt) - A 40 ton, 4 pillar press cutting on a nylon or urethane belt with inboard clamping beam feed and servo drives for accurate feed and excellent material yield. Excellent for cutting multiple material rolls of thin/flimsy material.
FH 3563-60(IncrementalFeed) - A 60-ton four-pillar press with 10 foot long inboard and outboard table stands. The machine can be configured for three different styles of cutting. The first way the machine can cut is by using a long die board with blade up and material on top. The cutting pad is in the head of the press. Also, the machine can have a die mounted in the head and material on a long cutting pad. In a special configuration, the machine can have a long pad, material on top of the pad and loose dies on top of the material. In all three configurations, the material is advanced step by step and cut.
Four Pillar Hydraulic Die Cutting Presses 40-200 Ton Models - The four pillar full head press is the centerpiece for many automatic cutting systems. It also plays a big role in simple manual operations as well. The full head press in its simple form with a hand slide table is used to cut material from sheets. The dies can be hand placed, mounted to the bridge, or on the table blade up. In the first two cases, the cutting pad is on the slide table of the press. The material to be cut is placed on the cutting pad. The cutting dies are placed on top of the material. The bridge then pushes the dies through the material from the top. In the third case, the die is on the table cutting edge up. This way it does not have to be handled if it is large and heavy. The material to be cut goes on top of the die. The pad is mounted to the bridge. In general one cuts large parts with large dies out of sheets of material. The press should be big enough for the dies and have enough cutting force. Various feed systems can be adapted to the presses as well as pad shifting devices.
HBC 100(IncrementalFeed) - A 100 ton four pillar press with a 35” X 63” table size. Multiple plies of material or planks can be placed on the incremental slide table with a cutting pad. The cutting die is attached under the beam. The table moves step by step through the cutting area. Cut parts can be removed at the entry or exit side of the press. Alternatively, a long steel rule die can be placed on the incremental table and multiple pieces of material are placed on the die. The cutting pad (and pad shifter) is mounted under the beam. The table, die and material move step by step through the cutting area. This type of incremental feed system is used to cut automotive trim, furniture components, etc.
USA Series Hydraulic Receding Head Presses - The receding head press is a very versatile die cutting machine. It has the benefits of both the full head press and the traveling head press. The bridge covers the whole cutting area. After a cut it recedes or goes back away from the operator leaving the cutting area open for easy access. With this type of operation one can use small dies or large dies and cut from sheets of rolls of material. The machine can kiss cut or cut to registration depending on what accessories are purchased.
