		FH 2763-40 (Inboard clamping beam nylon cutting belt) - A 40 ton, 4 pillar press cutting on a nylon or urethane belt with inboard clamping beam feed and servo drives for accurate feed and excellent material yield. Excellent for cutting multiple material rolls of thin/flimsy material.
		FH 3563-100(ClampingBeamFeed-Unwind-ExitConveyor) - 100 ton four pillar diecutting system with inboard and outboard conveyor belts and inboard clamping beam feed. The die is attached under the beam. There is a separate material unwind stand on the entry side of the press. This system is used for diecutting single or multiple plies of material that have enough body to slide across the cutting pad or steel plate. This system is preferred over a belt cutting system if the materials will slide across the cutting surface. Cutting belts are expensive and must be replaced regularly. Cutting pads are inexpensive and steel plates are normally never replaced. Replacing cutting belts can add well over $100,000 of cost over the life of a diecutting system.
		FH 5563-100(DoubleAutoSlideTable) - A 100 ton four pillar press with a large bed size of 55” deep by 63” wide is used to cut large parts. Other large bed sizes are available. Having two slide tables allows the machine to be twice as productive as a single slide table for only a small additional cost. Dies can cut with the blade facing up or down and different height dies can be used from each side of the press.
		HBC 100(IncrementalFeed) - A 100 ton four pillar press with a 35” X 63” table size. Multiple plies of material or planks can be placed on the incremental slide table with a cutting pad. The cutting die is attached under the beam. The table moves step by step through the cutting area. Cut parts can be removed at the entry or exit side of the press. Alternatively, a long steel rule die can be placed on the incremental table and multiple pieces of material are placed on the die. The cutting pad (and pad shifter) is mounted under the beam. The table, die and material move step by step through the cutting area. This type of incremental feed system is used to cut automotive trim, furniture components, etc.
