What’s the warranty on your machinery?

–The manufacturer warrants that the Product delivered by it will, for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery or two thousand (2,000) hours of operation, whichever occurs first, be free from defects in material and workmanship. However, electrical components, motors, pumps, valves, digital controls, computer controls and other OEM items, including material feed systems, shall only be under warranty pursuant to the manufacturer’s original warranty which shall be submitted upon request. Further, it is understood that the cutting surface, belts and other related items are expendable and only the original manufacturer’s warranty shall apply in the event that the surface is found to be defective, upon receipt of the same and after written notice to the Seller. In no event shall the warranty extend beyond one (1) year; however, buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited, to the repair or the replacement of parts only for defects in material or workmanship.

How do you handle service for machines?

–We have Service Technicians available to handle all service calls either by phone or at customers’ premises within reasonable time.

What parts do you stock in-store and what parts are ordered?

–Other than custom parts and devices, parts that have less shelf life, we stock up most of the parts in our warehouse and can be shipped if ordered before 3:00PM PST or picked up during daily operation hours

What press can you recommend for our industry?

–Each project requires custom approach due to the industry specifics, material, size, shape, handling, etc and APMC trained technical support team will be happy to discuss all your options either by phone or you’re more than welcomed to visit our show room to see the machinery and test cut your materials.

What parts of the machinery are unique to APMC?

–APMC incorporated industry’s latest advances and technologies in the equipment we represent and we will be happy to go into any APMC design concepts and details customers require.
