Features

A four-post hydraulic press producing 400 metric tons of cutting force, with two cylinders mounted over cross members linked end to end with torsion bars. This mechanical balancing system ensures that the maximum cutting force of the press can be delivered anywhere on the bed of the press, and keeps the bed and bridge parallel even under asymmetrical (unbalanced) loads. This hydraulic press can deliver its total force at any point in the down stroke.

Range of Applications
  • Auto cutting of sheet type material, cutting force required is six tons per meter cutting die for two mm thick paper puzzle material.
  • P.P. cutting pad with pad shifter and two projector lamps instead of german steel plate for through cutting only. You can get better cutting results from uneven die height.

Machine Options
  • Single Motorized Sliding Table – For moving puzzle boards in and out of the machine.
  • Frequency Converter Cushioning System for Used with Automated Slide Tables – Uses an AC motor controlled by the frequency converter. This device varies the voltage and cycles going to the motor to provide a soft start and stop. An encoder is used so the motor is instructed when to go slow or fast and where to stop for accurate positioning.
  • Pneumatic Four Position Die Mounting Rails Under the Head – The die rails hold the tooling under the head. They are pneumatically operated and fully adjustable for easy die board change out.
  • Polypropylene Cutting Pad and Oscillating Pad Shifter on the Bed – The oscillating pad shifter greatly improves the cutting pad life by rotating the cutting pad on a circular path after each cut.
